What is a Lucky Number
A Lucky number is a unique number which is awarded to every valid entry. At the end of the promotion, a lucky number will be drawn as the winner of the trip to a relaxing Island with an Olympian
I can’t remember my login details and can’t sign in
You account is linked to an email address. There is also a Password you set when you registered your account. You need to enter this unique email address and password to access the competition again and each time you want to enter. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it with the forgot password button on the sign up page. Enter your email address and it will send you an email with instructions.
My bottle doesn’t want to scan
You need to ensure you are in a well lit room and have your opened Corona 355ml bottle only to activate the scan. No other Corona pack or other bottle would work and please ensure you have a Corona 355ml bottle when entering,
It says I have reached my entry limit, why?
You are only allowed to scan 3 Corona’s a day, no entry over 3 a day would be accepted in the competition.
I have won an instant prize, what happens next
if you have won a Takealot or Superbalist voucher then check for an email from us with your voucher number. Use this voucher number to load to your wallet on the App and use with your purchase. If you have any queries then please send an email to support@cgn.co.za
